Our menu

Aldo appreciates the ‘slow food movement’, local food and traditional cooking. He sources local ingredients whenever possible and likes to keep things simple with flavour.

Aldo selects oyster mushrooms from Murray’s in Matakana, produce from Warkworth Butchery, fresh local fish when available, free range eggs from Puriri Downs, Kaipara Hills Honey, low carbon footprint beers and wines, and during the day he makes his own fresh pasta.
